Transfer from airport, railway station or bus station to the riad on arrival is free if you ONLY if you stay one week and more

All our rooms are air-conditioned /except AHWACH/.

At arrival day check in 2pm and the last day check out at 11am

VERY IMPORTANT

For your safety and your comfort it is not possible to smoke and eat in the rooms and in the living rooms.

For the safety of our hosts any external person will be authorised to enter in the riad, without our agreement. Access in your room is strictly prohibited for the external people, without exception otherwise you will be request to leave the guest house immediately and ANY REFUNDING WILL BE POSSIBLE

SERVICES

If you need transfer from airport to riad 15 € /4 persons max/ from 8am to 9pm

Transfer between 10pm and 8am 18 €

You can enjoy moroccan traditional cook.

The meals must be booked before 11am, and are exclusively prepared by our cooker ...

The meal is 10 Eur and diner is from 15 Eur /per person - drinks not included/.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

To book your stay we need down payment by VISA or MASTERCARD

If you stay is from 1 until 3 nights the down payment will be 50% of the total price

If you stay is 4 nights and more the down payment will be 30% of the total price

The balance or the totality of your stay must be payed at your arrival day before the check in

After reception of the down payment and our confirmation your booking is definitively recorded.

The meals or extras taken in Riad (meal, drinks etc....) can be paid with Dirhams or Euro

CANCELLATIONS

30 days or more before your arrival date refunding of 50% of the down payments after the reception of your mail, and ou confirmation

Less of 30 days the down payment is not refundable

ANY REFUNDING IS POSSIBLE AFTER YOUR CHECK IN
